Application for Enrolment

The following information is relevant for enrolments:

All families are required to complete an Application for Enrolment, which is reviewed by the School Principal. Please provide the following items with the Application and email all documents to

  • Completed Application for Enrolment (attached below)
  • Birth certificate or passport
  • Medicare ACIR (Immunisation record found at
  • Two forms of Proof of address (i.e. current utility bill and rates notice/contract of sale or tenancy agreement)
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable)
